Data Subject Application
To exercise your rights under KVKK Article 11 you can apply to us using the methods below, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. So that we can verify your identity, applications must be made through these channels rather than the website form.
How to apply

What your application must include
- Full name
- Turkish ID number (for foreigners: nationality and passport/ID number)
- Residential or business address for notifications
- E-mail address, phone (fax, if any) for notifications
- Your relationship with Green Day Trade (e.g. visitor, form user, supplier/buyer representative, other)
- Subject and description of your request (which KVKK Art. 11 right you are exercising)
- How you would like to receive the reply (address or e-mail)
- Date and signature (for written applications)
You may attach supporting information and documents. Applications on behalf of someone else must include a notarised power of attorney or document showing specific authorisation.
Evaluation
- Your application is concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest from receipt.
- It is free of charge; if the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
- We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
- If your application is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or it is not answered in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Article 14.
